At SHOEZ, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
